DR. MARK ABERNATHY
NATIONAL CO-PRESIDENT

Since 2004, Pastor Donald Mark Abernathy has been the Senior Pastor/Vice President of Connect Point Christian Center, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia, a friendly international and interracial church. Pastor Abernathy is a graduate of Lighthouse Christian College where he received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in education, and Associate degree in Biblical Studies. Pastor Abernathy has been at Connect Point Christian Center since 1985. He was Headmaster of New Life Christian School from 1985 to 1996. He has coached football, basketball and baseball, and led teams to national championships several times. In 2006 he received the prestigious N.A.A.C.P. award in religious affairs. He consults regularly with executives from a variety of businesses, schools and churches to help create spiritual life changing solutions to world-impacting problems. He and his wife, Edna, have been married since 1978, and they have one daughter and one grandson.
