Bishop Jesse Edwards was one of the founding members of the American Clergy Leadership Conference He held the position as Co-President. He was ordained as a Bishop in 2005. He was the Founder and Bishop of 'The Pentecostals of Philadelphia Apostolic Church' for 34 years, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and was also the Founder of the 'Philadelphia Christian Academy' with grades K through 12 and Jr. College for 30 years. Bishop Edwards is the founder of 4 Churches throughout America. He completed his Doctorate of Theology in 2017. He is now the American Clergy Leadership Conference 'National Evangelist.’
