What were the worst things that were happening in the world?

Oct 31, 2012
The presenter of the Fall of Man, Mr. Miilhan Stephens, started the presentation by asking the audience what were the worst things that were happening in the world. After some of the worst things were said, he reminded everyone that great efforts have been made to stop them from happening yet unless we know the cause of all these problems, namely the Fall, then we have no chance of putting an end to it all....   > more

In Memoriam: The Life and Legacy of Faith of Dr. Hycel B. Taylor

Jan 21, 2012
It is most appropriate that we celebrate the life of Dr. Hycel B. Taylor as we celebrate the birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Like Dr. King, Dr. Hycel Taylor put God before all else and walking the way of the cross, he left a legacy of righteousness and a beautiful family of faith. My wife, Minister Reiko, and I have many precious memories of being with Phyllis and Hycel. They are a model couple of faithfulness and love....   > more

At the 11:00 service, Archbishop Stallings asked the question "How do we receive the Messiah in our lives." The Making of an Elijah Generation of 7,000 is our central theme

Jan 06, 2010
The Making of an Elijah Generation of 7,000 is our central theme. I think we need to undergird this presentation with a word from the Hebrew Scriptures, what we commonly call in Christian circles the Old Testament. Let us go to I Kings 19:9-14. I will be reading from the King James Version. Normally I don’t use the King James Version, since it’s our most recent edition, having first made its appearance in the year 1611 A.D., but for the sake of commonality and familiarity with this particular text, I will indulge in the use of this text....   > more

A Special Gift: UTS Scholarship Program

Jun 26, 2008
Over the course of a person’s life the number of gifts he or she receives may be numbered in the hundreds and if you are one of the fortunate ones, that number may be in the thousands! However, you may ask just how many of those gifts will the recipient remember? For instance, I personally can barely remember any of my childhood gifts, except for a small military jeep with a driver. The point is this, like many things in life they are soon forgotten; except; for those ‘special’ gifts! In life the gifts that we never forget usually has two key components attached to it. First, it is the person giving the gift. Second, how precious the gift is to you. I must say that I have been very fortunate and blessed to have been the recipient of one of life’s precious gifts. Both the gift and the giver are very special, simply, because this is a gift and the giving is perpetual. ...   > more
