Apostle Nolan courageously stood for True Parents for many years. She had battled a long term disease without complaint or question. She loves God so deeply that she never wavered for even a moment.
Apostle Nolan was a bright star in New York for all the churches, always to be counted on when True Parents needed her. We can never the beautiful Friday ministry she started at Metropolitan United Methodist Church in Harlem under the oversight of Dr. Luonne Rouse. Apostle Nolan graduated with a Master's Degree from the Unification Theological Seminary.
She had the anointing of the Holy Spirit like no one else we knew. She brought 40 women leaders at one time to support Mother Moon's speaking tour. She brought a dozen relatives to the family blessing on another one of the historic national engagements. She brought 12 wonderful elders for the Kingdom Building Conference for the Original Substance of the Divine Principle. She loved Jesus and fully affirmed his anointing of True Parents. Nothing would hold her back from guiding the clergy to come together with ACLC. She was a prominent woman pastor and was outstanding in our ACLC Conferences, especially with the women clergy.
Once she set her heart on something, everything and everyone would move in God's direction. When people started moving, she always said, "That's what I'm talking about. You have to get the people moving for God." She brought so many prominent clergy into the Elijah Generation Partnership of ACLC. She would tell them if you don't sign up God's fortune will pass you by!
She dealt with her prolonged illness with great dignity and courage and a profoundly positive heart. She never once complained or allowed any sorrow to come to her. She just continued to say, its in God's hands, don't worry about me. We have to do God's Will.
She goes home now to be with her beloved blessed husband Mr. Nolan and her Lord. Her beautiful daughter Raquel follows her mother in Ministry and at UTS.
Pastors, this is a great woman of God and we ask that all take a moment to remember her in prayer as she makes the glorious ascension to the highest realms.
We love you Apostle Nolan. Thank you for your beautiful life for God, Jesus and the True Parents of Heaven and Earth.
Sincerely,
Rev. Michael and Minister Reiko Jenkins
